Golden Village reopened its doors at GV Jurong Point after a $4.5 million dollar renovation today!!! Compassing a total capacity of 1062 seats and 14 wheelchair berths, GV Jurong Point promises an enhanced movie-viewing experience.
I was invited to catch Marvel's The Avengers and was able to experience the new and improved theatre.
Sitting in the new cinema waiting for my movie to start! My face looks a little fat here because I drank lots of water the previous night :(
With the introduction of stadium seating, the refurbished GV Jurong Point offers excellent sightlines from every seat. The wide and luxurious Camatic cinema seats also offers increased leg room space which makes it more comfortable for people with long legs like me! :D

In addition, all the 6 cinema halls are digital, equipped with 7.1 Dolby Sound System with premium-grade EAW speakers from the US.
Not to forget, common areas, toilets, box office and candy bar counter are also newly- renovated!
I had a very bad stomache during the movie so I went to the ladies. The toilet cubicle was capacious.
This new and improved GV Jurong Point will definitely give the residents staying in the west a comfortable movie experience.
Last but not all, in conjuction of GV Jurong Point's opening, there are special daily promotions going on from 2nd May-23rd May.
