So, I should post it here as a reminder and also for readers who are interested in losing weight too! :)
1) Don't eat from 9PM to 6AM
2) When you're hungry, eat slowly
Try eating at the tv as it will keep you from eating food mindlessly.
Sorry, but I can finish a meal in less than 10 minutes. Sigh. #challenge
3) Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
4 )Pay attention to what you eat
Avoid high sugar, high-fat foods such as pastries (damn paris has like super yummy pastries), junk food, deep fried foods because they contain high amounts of calories and saturated fats.
5) Drink several cups of green tea everyday
Obviously, not the bottled Pokka green tea drink but green tea satchets.
It increases metabolism and oxidize fat.
6) If you hate to go to the gym, walk.
A short 20 minutes walk will be beneficial if its done several times a week.
7) Be patient and persevere
